When I am buying a book, most of the time it is in a bookshop. I love being able to look around whilst being surrounded by so many stories.
My favourite place to buy books is my local Waterstones, the staff that work there are so lovely and the store itself has such a charming atmosphere. Over the years Waterstones has become somewhat of a safe space where i can just browse and wonder around until my heart's content.
I do also buy books from places like 'The Works' and 'Great Reads' which is a store local to Southport. 'Broadhurtsts Bookstore' is for sure a beautiful and wonderous place to purchase from, because of it's victorian esque decor and unique Bookbinding and restoration service. When i was younger, i would get a free jelly baby with every book that I bought!
Tesco and Asda are also really good supermarkets of which i buy books from, because the books that they stock are often sold cheaper than other places.
